   Crayfish is one of the most popular dishes during the summer time in China. The crayfish from Xuyi is well-known for its special and unique flavor. Be sure to join for this season’s Xuyi Crayfish Festival at Wang Hu Ge Restaurant. Enjoy a selection of fresh water crayfish dishes including spicy salted Xuyi crayfish, salted Xuyi crayfish, iced Xuyi crayfish, spicy Xuyi crayfish and the 13-kinds-herbs mixed Xuyi crayfish.
