   May 1st to 15th June 2014, daily from 17:30 to 21:30
   Crowned the king of vegetables, the European white asparagus is a seasonal specialty, which is only harvested from late April and June. At Paulaner Brauhaus, we feature this seasonal vegetable in a range of exciting dishes such as white asparagus soup with smoked salmon, steamed asparagus with          German ham and hollandaise sauce, chicken casserole and white asparagus with fresh herbs and trout fillet with fresh asparagus.
